In the last few years, there has been a significant amount of change when it comes to the society’s attitudes toward cannabis, hemp, and CBD. In the past, there was a major stigma surrounding these substances. Now, these negative attitudes have started to fade.
As a result, there has been a tremendous amount of research into hemp-derived CBD oil during the past few years. This has led to the discovery of new potential benefits and uses for this unique plant-based substance. It is important for everyone to take a closer look at how CBD can be used and how it can potentially improve the quality of life for those who use it.*
CBD Oil for Anxiety and Stress
One of the main reasons consumers use CBD oil is to help with their anxiety and stress. Countless people across the world suffer from anxiety and stress on a daily basis. Even though it is helpful to meet with a trained mental health professional, it is also important to make sure that there is a well-rounded approach taken to the treatment of these issues.
This is where CBD oil can be helpful. By interacting with endocannabinoid receptors located in the nervous system and throughout the body, CBD oil may give people a new tool to help manage their anxiety and stress in a healthy manner. When compared to benzodiazepines, which can be addictive, CBD could be an effective alternative.*
CBD Oil for Chronic Pain
Another way CBD oil might help has to do with how it potentially affects chronic pain. Chronic pain is one of the biggest issues facing the healthcare system today. In the past, people managed chronic pain with opioid and narcotic medications. These medications are only meant to help people on a short-term basis, and not meant to be used for long-term management because they can be addictive. Overdoses on these drugs often lead to hospitalization or even death.
As the medical community works to find an alternative to opioids and narcotic medications, organic CBD oil has risen to the forefront due to consumer demand. It is possible for people to use CBD oil to manage aches and pains, which means it could be an effective alternative to prescription pain medications.*
CBD Oil for Sleep
CBD oil could also support healthy sleep cycles. There are lots of people who have trouble falling asleep at night, and maybe even more who have trouble staying asleep. Many people turn to unhealthy methods of sleep management. This is just another reason why CBD oil could provide a healthier alternative.
There is preliminary research that shows that CBD oil could help people enjoy more restful sleep at night. In this manner, CBD could also help people wake up in the morning feeling more energized and better rested.*
The Future of CBD Oil
These are just a few of the many ways that CBD oil might be used. It will be exciting to see what researchers uncover in the future regarding this seemingly magical compound that comes from the hemp plant.

Would I get the same feeling throughout the day if I was to put about 10 drops of CBD 15 or 20 times a day instead of the recommend amount twice a day?

What type of CBD or anxiety/panic attacks?
I have one brand I got years ago and didn’t really think it did much for me. I see there are different types like broad spectrum. I have anxiety and sometimes panic attacks when driving or having to go to the dentist. I’ve been researching and there are a wealth of brands. I’m a bit overwhelmed. Any advice?

Anyone recently fly with CBD oil/vapes?
I know this question has been asked a couple times on here, but just want to be sure. Going to be in Florida for a week, and really don’t want to have to leave it behind. Has been doing wonders for my anxiety. Guess I’m more worried about the vape- I’ve got one right now from Steve’s Goods that smells a little strong of terps.
