Trump Continues American steel protection policies

American president donald trump issued an executive order to federation of america to use US made steel in its new projects. The order came yesterday as per washington post. Trump is continuously focussing on improving conditions of american steel players to boost jobs in the sector and economy as well. Year before US imposes 25% import duty to promote local steel consumption which began a trade war between China and US to protect their domestic products.  As the prices of steel is reducing continuously this order will give a new lifeline to US steel industries.
Such policies will impact developing countries like india as the chinese cheaper steel diverted towards india and so Indian govt to take corrective measures to avoid such import.

Relaying surface finishes to manufactures specifically rigid polyurethane.

Hey guys just like the title implies I’m trying to get my part mass produced and I’m hesitant only because I don’t know how to let them know the surface has a very textural finish. What would the best way to do this?

Would you just say to them I’d like this level of grit?

Or

This size grain thickness uniformly coated?

I wouldn’t think you would model this texture in cad, I’m just wondering how I would approach this.
