RINL commissioned 430mm caster, first time in India

RINL (Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.) achieved milestone by commissioning of 430 mm round caster at SMS2 (Steel making shop) , which is first time in india, inaugurated by Mr. PK Rath, CMD RINL. Steel unit has also inaugurated coke oven battery 5, pump unit, LPG storage unit and water reservoir to fulfill the raw material supply timely for smooth running of 7.3 million mt capacity unit. RINL is looking for capacity expansion to fulfill expected demand as many infrastruture projets were announced in union budget. To run plant in this capacity approx 10 million mt iron ore is required that to be provided by NMDC. The new caster with high quality 430mm rounds is raw material for new unit which is going to be commissioned in sept 2019 at RAe Barely UP for making seamless pipes, precious forging and wheel application etc. RINL is looking for timely completion of all projects to achieve 25000 crore turnover in 2019-20.

RINL (Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.) ने SMS2 (स्टील मेकिंग शॉप) पर 430 mm गोल ढलाईकार का कमीशन करके मील का पत्थर हासिल किया, जो भारत में पहली बार, श्री पीके राठ, CMD RINL द्वारा उद्घाटन किया गया है। स्टील यूनिट ने 7.3 मिलियन टन क्षमता वाली यूनिट के सुचारू रूप से चलने के लिए और कच्चे माल की आपूर्ति को समय पर पूरा करने के लिए कोक ओवन बैटरी 5, पंप यूनिट, एलपीजी स्टोरेज यूनिट और जलाशय का भी उद्घाटन किया है। RINL अपेक्षित मांग को पूरा करने के लिए क्षमता विस्तार की तलाश में है क्योंकि केंद्रीय बजट में कई infrastruture projets की घोषणा की गई थी। इस क्षमता में प्लांट चलाने के लिए लगभग 10 मिलियन टन लौह अयस्क की आवश्यकता होती है, जिसे NMDC द्वारा प्रदान किया जाना है। उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले 430 मिमी राउंड के साथ नया ढलाईकार नई इकाई के लिए कच्चा माल है, जो निर्बाध पाइप, कीमती फोर्जिंग और व्हील एप्लिकेशन आदि बनाने के लिए सितंबर 2019 में रायबरेली यूपी में चालू होने जा रहा है। आरआईएनएल 2019-20 में 25000 करोड़ का कारोबार प्राप्त करने के लिए सभी परियोजनाओं को समय पर पूरा होने की तलाश में है।
