Hello everyone, I’ve only just started looking into CBD. Found out that I might as well try it for anxiety/panic attacks. I’m a vaper so the most appealing option for me is vape juice. I live in the middle of europe and the most available option of ejuice here seems to be the Harmony E-liquids.

Now I tried researching on dosage and that seems to vary A LOT. I’m hoping to find someone with similar “needs” for advice. I’ve been struggling with attacks for most of my life as well as depression. The depression part does not “bother me” as much as the attacks since the attacks prevent me from sleeping and looking at the situation straight or with “reasonable eyes”.

I ofc as many other people tried prescription medication. The last medication helping me with this without any actual negative side effects is Neurol (Xanax) but I have to be careful with it and only use it every now and then when I feel like it is fitting, since it can get addictive. I’ve managed to stay on 0.5mg dose of that, taking it 2-3 times a month for when it hits at max.

I would love to transition away from these meds, since I know they’re not ideal and from what I researched so far, CBD could be my go to thing.

Now my questions are:

• What would be the ideal MG dosage for a vape juice given my problems and the current medication mg contents?

• Is Harmony any good?

• Can I just vape it with my regular mod? (Uforce tank 40-50W, DL vaping)

• Is it actually a good idea to even try CBD?

• This is probably related to the first question but at what rate can I expect any effects? eg.: attack hits me, I fill my vape, start taking drags, will it calm me down in the matter of minutes – hours?

Edit: Adding my body “parameters” since I figured it might help with dosage advice. 190cm tall / 90-95kg weight
