Based on that, what do you recommend? I had a feeling extrusion and sawing wouldn’t be the best bet since 2mm is pretty thin

At my company our current process when quality checking products is to fill a spreadsheet with the serial numbers of the products for QC and the headers are all Pass/Fail/other criteria. Then column by column we fill it out. Pretty slow and tedious and it’d be nice to have more visuals of what each check is.

Are there any easy to set up web forms or programs to set up a series of checks and use it to fill a spreadsheet or database?
