CBD Absorption – oral products are waste of money?
I was reading that CBD absorption when taking orally is like 5 to 10%. So I’m starting to wonder if buying gummies is just a waste of money. It sounds like the tinctures aren’t all that much better and maybe I might get 20% absorption into the body.
Now the reason I started taking it was I read it could help with sleep and anxiety and I have a really bad sleep problem. it seems like it helped me in the beginning, and I even fell asleep without my sleep medication once.
So I guess what I’m getting out of here is how can I maximize my CBD so that it would help me sleep if indeed it actually does help people sleep. I suppose the studies are still small a number and the way they deliver the CBD was in high doses and perhaps intravenously?
